I'm looking for a hand held analog light meter for low light photography that would supplement the lower range capability of the built-in meter on my Bessa R or M6. Based on my internet research it seems like a used Gossen Luna Pro or Pro - F [Luna 6 or 6F in EU] with EV -4 to 17 range are the models to consider but I'm wary about the older versions using batteries that are no longer available. Is converting or re calibrating the older units for use with modern batteries within the DIY realm? I've seen the Sekonic L308 recommended in another thread, does it have similar specs? I can't find specs on-line.
Any info/advice will be appreciated.
Thanks!
Joseph
