Hi all,
I have replaced dead light meter on EF3 but it's different type and narrows usable film range to ISO400 which should be exposed at ISO25. EF3 has squarish meter with shining surface, very distinct from those round or round-with-cut with visible metal hair on, like we see in Electro's and many other cameras.
I would pick up POP as meter donor, maybe it's meter will work better. On POP meter is located above lens and just warns about underexposure (well, POP has fixed 1/125 speed).
Would be nice if anybody could spare me dismantle of POP, before I buy another one (I'm waiting for one, but it comes with box and seems so clean that I lean towards keeping it 🙂 ). On both cameras ISO goes up to ISO400, and Konica would get off easier just using same meter on both models, on other way - if they make cheaper model, they could spare not only on lens, but also on rest of camera.
Probably anyone can point me to some resorces on this...TIA !
