Just to avoid confusion, this looks great for a new buyer.

For those already using, the upgrade price at adobe.com from Lightroom 4.x seems to be $79.

The problem might be that even if they do, postage from the USA is now quite high (as we both know from experience, Keith)!

I almost got LR a while as a student version through a friend (very cheap) but really don't like the software that much.
