I've just unearthed a few rolls of Provia 100 and Ektachrome 100 exposed between 2006-2010. They've been kept at the back of a drawer in dry conditions and room temperature.

Any ideas about their likely condition now? Can I expect fading and/or colour shifts, or should they be OK?

Is it worth paying the price of the processing? They contain nothing special, but I'd like to see them...

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
D.

There will probably be noticeable fading/color shifts, especially on the older (2006) rolls, but nothing that couldn't be fixed in post-processing (after scanning, of course). If you're not short of funds, why not get them developed?
