Likon Super 200 colour film

Does anyone know which firm in China makes the bargain colour film that
is sold under the Likon brand name?
Has anyone ever used this film?

This is the film I buy at Dollarama when I need a cheap roll of colour neg for testing purposes. It's OK film, plus I live a ten minute walk to the nearest Dollarama and the store is open 7 days a week.
