What is the deal with the Limited Edition Ikons? Is there anything special about them?

they were the first to be sold (some by reserve), they were marked as 'limited edition' and came with a nice leather pouch that fit only the body, no lens.
in terms of use there is no difference.

I own a Limited edition ZI.

No difference at all with the exception of the engraving on the top plate of their issued number. From 1 to 1000.

Oh and the limited edition sticker on the box as well as a leather pouch to hold the body (without lens) in it.

Good to know that the pouch is exclusive. I put mine aside without paying attenton to that rare gem. ;-)
