Linear polarizing filter question

Hi All,

I am new to the forum and to the rangefinder system.

I just wonder whether linear polarizing filter would be a 100% compatible and functioning without light meter disturbances when combined with lenses on Bessa R2A.

Any suggestion would be most appreciated.

The R3a Meter cell does not use a beamsplitter or semisilvered mirror. It will be fine with a linear Polarizer. Beamsplitters and semi-silvered mirrors can "black-out" with a linear polarizer. The circular Polarizer includes a follow-on quarter-wave plate to randomize the filtered light.
