They did not say how many pictures that you had to take to get 12 megapixels. You have to take four shots, 4picturesx3MPixels= 12MPixels. Not false advertising, just EBay.

If you notice, they all end up real close to the BIN price. On more than one occasion I have bought items that were bid up in min bid intervals (separate bids from the bid history) until it exposed my high bid, then retracted ($44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 49 were legitimate bids, but 50 was a typo. They actually said it and ebay didnt do jack squat about it when I complained.) The same 3 people with a lot of bid retractions won a lot of this one seller's auctions. When I got screwed and complained, he made his feedback private. Ebay cares about only one party and that's who sends them the check.
