Lomochrome Metropolis with a Noblex 135

Working on my first rolls of the all new Lomochrome Metropolis film using a Noblex 135 Sport.
Film is rated as 100-400 ISO, I shot it at 400.

negativelabpro.com, Nikon Z7 scan. What is interesting is with negativelabpro I often do not need to crop out the non image area (i.e. the sprockets/unexposed film) and still get good results when converted.
Not so with Lomochrome Metropolis. If I don't crop out anything that is not the image, there is a very strong blue color cast on the image.

FYI the pictures are actually pin sharp, Flickr has again worked its magic and made them seem blurry.

Interesting colours and light, specially in the first photo. I have 5 films (35mm) but not yet tried!

It is a cold toned desaturated film that is very sharp - checked by looking at my images at 1:1 with a 7500 pix wide z7 scan. Medium to fine grain size.
It must have a very wide iso range as i shot these at 400 and it is rated 100-400. With my next roll I’ll shoot a few side by side images at 100 and 400.

As is typical w Lomography they show wacky exaggerated effects w this film on their website whereas in ‘considered’ use it is in fact another really nice option in the film world.
Interestingly there are no mfg codes on the film strip and not even any exposure count numbers.

Silvers and greys look fantastic w this film, they have a beautiful sheen to
them. This would be a great film for industrial/architectural/inner city use as well as bringing an interesting look elsewhere.
I gotta give it to Lomography for bringing this new film to market.
