Got my 100' of Legacy Pro, but my old OLD Western Model 45 is too small a diameter on the screw down lid, and that's after I filed down the nubs in side (but not the 2 that form the light trap)...:bang:

Apparently the diameter of spool is larger by about 1/8" or so..

Arggggggg

Off to freestyle, and order a bulk loader they have tested to work.
Arggggggggg another $25.00

Nice. Please post some images once you have taken some--it's a rangefinder forum, but you wouldn't be the first who cheats :)

I am occasionally drawn to buy a large format camera myself, they're not too expensive if bought used. Just the per-image cost will go up considerably...

A modest, dented Sonnar f=13.5cm 1:4 from 1937... hidden bargain on ebay.de!

It arrived yesterday. I was able to track down a Ricoh FF-1 at a price I was willing to pay. It is in pretty good shape, but the viewfinder does need to be cleaned....eventually. :D

Worked from home today, partly because I was hoping for a delivery. I had two. The first is probably going to be more used and more practical:

The second, even though I don't yet know how to use it properly, is more exciting. I'm already in love. Just through working out the basic functions and looking at the bright-screen.
