Look what came in the mail

I got a very early Olympus Trip 35 from February 1968 made in the original run before an modifications were made to the camera. I got it from the original owner and the camera is fully functional. Of course, it needs new light seals.

Check out the original price sticker. :D

Leica CL just arrived from Europe to my working place. I was so excited about it after waiting for almost 2 weeks for it.

On the way a Jupiter 8-1 from Ukraine and a M adapter from Hong Kong..... :D

Received my first Barnack last week after contemplating the expansion from Leica M for several years. Below is the fabulous IIIb with a lens I regularly use on my M4; the costmetic condition is "barely used". Am currently seeking additional lenses, external VFs, shutter collar, and ABLON (if my stomach can take the price). Even though the Head Bartender loves the IIIf - and everyone loves the IIIg - I wanted to get closer to the roots of Leica. The IIIb is prewar in design, smaller than IIIc, and IMO the prettiest screwmount of all. :) The two-piece top deck has sharper lines, and avoids the drop-down metal apron around the lens mount. The diopter lever has a little knob: looks great, easy to use.

My Rolleinar 2, which spend several days in Germany waiting for the ash cloud to clear up, arrived today!

Yashicamat will be pleased.

Thank you. The cases are not really too difficult, but hard to make them fit properly. I have another case in the works, I decided to tool the back of the case, I still have to sew it up. I think it will be a better fitting case than this one. A few people have asked me to make cases for their Leicas. I probably will now that I have retired.

Cool setup, makes me want a IIIb. Are they easy to repair (I'm wondering if Youxin works with them)? That screw-mount Summaron must be a rare bird, I have the M-mount one with googles with a serial number close to yours: #1665555.

Hello from Spain. Some time ago I registered on this forum, but so far I have been encouraged to post.
I'll start showing my camera, which incidentally has come all in a short space of time

A greeting and sorry for mi Googlenglish

After 2-3 months of watching and drooling over this thread, I'm happy to finally post my response.
This didn't exactly came with the post due me being the postman for myself, but non-the-less:

Leica M6 "Calssic" (and Wimme Saari's new album "Mun". Doesn't get any better than this)

Sadly, I haven't got any lens for this. :bang:

My Voigtländer Rigid Heliar 50mm f2.0 arrived on Tuesday morning... and the silver Bessa R came in the post yesterday...

and a silver Voigtländer 28mm f3.5 Color-Skopar is due to arrive in the morning...

Aki-Asahi's 4040 Leica emboss covering kit for OM-1 came this morning.
Very nice people, they even included a free practice kit. I thought he wrongly sent me that one until I saw "free practice kit" on the paper support.

The misspelling might have spared you a few competitors on the bidding. I found a "Canun rang finder" -- with no description of the model or lens -- last December on my local Craigslist that turned out to be a Canon Model 7 with the 50mm f0.95 lens, a case and a GE light meter, all in excellent condition, for $300.

I bought my "Zeiss Ikor Contraflex" for $9.99 :D And i would have paid anything for it, great camera.
