Twice now, I have lost the diopter from my Fuji Film GF670 (it screws in rather loosely IMO).
At $20 apiece for a replacement, are there any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Andreas

If you do use Locktite, use the blue one (semi-permanent), rather than a permanent one. The permanent one will require heat to remove, which could damage the camera.

I'd recommend low strength (purple, from Loctite, but don't go by colours when you buy from other makers - they may use different colour schemes).

Why not use teflon tape. Just trim it with a razor after installing.
No crunch residue to clean up when you remove it and no chance of getting liquid lock tight on glass surfaces.

I suppose you're lucky they're $20 not Leica prices. The Leica ones don't seem to come loose though. Maybe their threads are shaped differently.
