I don't consider that a boring shot at all. Whatever that structure is (bridge, I think) has a strong, foreboding presence. The grain structure and darkness add to the power. Well done.

Ned - the 21/3.4? You gave up 3 stops!? I have been shooting a Kobalux for a week. Getting a 2.8 created a little less cognitive dissonance. We'll see if there is anything worthy of a post when I get my first scans back.

Yes. I sold it to a very nice Doc in Japan. And I bought a 50 Summilux for the money the same day😉

I only have borring shots with the lens, but today im kinda regretting that I sold it, but I have more use for the 50.

This is not a boring shot at all, Erik ! This is really good art and a strong photo ! You shouldn't have sold it but ... I am glad you did !! 😀🙂

Aside from the fact that the kid is gonna kick yer butt NB, I really like the Beetlejuice angles of the door inside the frame. It makes things seem off by just a bit.

Yeah, the super angulon ic clearly a top lens. The images it produce, especially wide open are almost comestible. Romantic. Palpable. I've rarely seen something like it, except for the Noct and Summarit (oh yes, that's one lens I love!), which are as magical to me.
