Your link goes to a realease candidate, that's an early version of a software. Probably they added it later. My update notice tells me that LR3.4 now includes X100 raw support.

great I have raw support for a camera I don't have

I also have a spare battery
a high-transfer rate 8gb SD card
a wrist strap
a soft release
a cable release
& a Gorillapod
