LSM or LTM or M39?

This may be nitpicking... however, I'm wondering what are the commonly used
initials referring to Leica screw mount:

LSM?

LTM?

M39?

I may not have this right but my understanding is that M39 refers to the 39mm SLR-mount as used on early Zenit etc. L39 refers to the Leica-type RF mount. LSM (Lieca screw mount) is less used than LTM (Leica thread mount)....again, I *think*

Or indeed 39mm x 26 tpi (which is apparently the actual thread of LSM Leica Screw Mount/LTM Leica Thread Mount/L38 Leica, and not 39x1mm as I once believed).
