LTM TO Leica M adapter.

I am looking around on ebay for an adapter for Voigtlander screw mount lenses to the M mount Bessa R3 camera. The Voigtlander adapter is priced at $60.00 and the Chinese adapter at $19.00. Is this adapter compatable with this camera. Will the lens be orintated correctly. I know indexing is manual with the Bessa so that will not be a probalem. Thanks for any help.

I have one of those generic Chinese adaptors. It mounts Ok, but the lens isn't vertical, as if it is not screwed on all the way. Apart from that it works OK, no issues with focus. Next time I'll get a CV or Leitza adaptor

don't forget the marumi brand adapters. they fall inbetween the cv and leitz, price wise.
they seem very well made too.
