Stuff that you have made yourself, not that pseudo-creative 'look at me sad hipster restaurant thing' ... well now I have more time on my hands I seem to be neglecting photography and more concentrating on lunch ... Yorkshire'n proud

... salt'n cracked pepper mash, Lincolnshire sausage with a thick mustard gravy ... enough with the salad it's almost winter, eh? 😀

Eid Biryani

This the "traditional" Eid biryani in our household. It took 3 hours to make. There are more steps involved than in a chemistry experiment. It has four layers: two of rice, two of mutton. It contains over twenty spices including saffron. It tastes heavenly...
