Lynx 1000 repair

Just got a Lynx 1000. Meter works, was firing pretty good on higher shutter speeds, aperture was pretty accurate but wasn't going all the way to 1.8. Tried getting to the shutter leafs and dabbed with rosonsol. Helped a bit but was inconsistent. Opened up the gears and tried cleaning. Now the shutter speed seems to not vary and the aperture can't go past 4 from 22.

I would probably just get another one at this point.

Hard to say, I think these older shutters had stamped studs on the aperture leaves which could break off, I had this problem with a Konica S. Really difficult to work out the problem without more info though. Sounds like it needs a better CLA to sort out the shutter speeds, and some investigation of the aperture.
