We had some threads about this lens a while back and I think its time to show some more shots from it. Now that I got one - I'll be adding mine too, but I would like to see some other shooters that use this wonderful lens to post thier pics as well.
Here are mine - nothing special, since I just got it and didnt have much time to play with it yet. My impressions of it so far - very sharp yet very smooth. I really like what I see so far:
I dont usually shoot brick walls, yet here is one, plus some tough bokeh and this lens handles it well:
I hope to post some more interesting pics soon from it, not just snaps like ones above, its just thats all I got for now.

I thought I'd give this thread a little bump.
We had a huge rainstorm last night, so I thought - whats a better way to give my new Hex a workout in lowlight conditions? Here are some of the results:

I'd like to see how the lens handles pictures of people.

That's a really nice composition! And it has a nice mood -- feels the melancholy aftermath of something.

At first glance I'd say this outperforms the Canon 50/1.2 somewhat, which is not unexpected

Yes, well a fairer match would be the Super Speed Nokton 50/1.1You sure?Cause I thought they are about the same. lol I think this lens outperforms nearly everything. I cant say I ever used a lens that was better 50mm one. But than again I have never tried ASPH Lux or Noctilux.

It might be. But, while I had high hope for the new Nokton, and was waiting for it to come out , so I could decide which lens to get - after all my research and now a little hands-on experience with Hex - I'm glad I spent extra money and went with a better lens. At least better for what I'm looking in a lens. Not to say that Nokton is a poor performer, but to me pics from Nokton 50/1.5 look better and Nokton 50/1.1 is not up to the same standard as Nokton 35/1.2 is, which I have and love. Had it been - I'd get it and not the Hex.

Ok , a few more "people" shots from the Hex:
I missed focus on this one but I love the expression! :
and one "almost people" shot :

Here are a couple shots of my daughters.
M-Hex 50/1.2 on R-D1 at ISO 200, aperture about f/1.4.
(I may have stopped down to f/2 for the second one, don't remember.

While on vacation, I attended my sister-in-law's wedding and while I was not an "official" photographer, I did take a few pics. Most with Hex 50/1.2. Here are some:

Excellent wedding pictures.
Vast majority of my shooting is low light as well, makes me consider looking for a good available darkness lens. So far price/performance wise, Hex 50/1.2 wins in my eyes....(Lux ASPH is most certainly out of my reach..)

This time, instead of Bokeh shots that are customary with the superfast lenses, I thought I'd show some shots from some darker conditions - all at ISO 200 and f1.2:
