This would require a new housing with its own helical as 58mm focal length is too far off from the Leica standard. You need to use an indexed cam if you want to couple it with the RF of the camera. A specialty shop, like Amedeo, could do it. Easiest way: make the adapter with the helical in it. Leave the lens at infinity, use the adapter to focus. The Cam of the custom adapter would correct for the 58mm focal length.
