Query:
Are the back two elements/groups of the M-Rokkor 90mm (the last version) removable without machining? In other words, is the glass held in by retaining rings like on a normal lens?
I know that the machined-in mount is one of the reasons why the 28mm is often irreparable - on that lens, the front group is basically permanently assembled..
I'm asking because I'm considering having one of these 90mm lenses cleaned out - but don't want to do it if it requires destructive means or will cost a million bucks to do.
Thanks
Dante

Hi Dante
I had Sherry Krauter clean out a 90mm M-Rokkor for me a few years ago - the haze was more towwards the front, but still it might be worth asking her. It wasn't expensive.
