M2 S/N 1132046 & year of mfg?

Hi...
This may not be so new, but here goes.
I want to know the year of manufacture for my Leica M2,
Sumaron 35/2.8 and Elmarit 90/2.8. Any ideas on where
to get the info without a lot of hassle?

Leica used to have a serial number look up service on their site but I can't find it since they updated.
