Hello to all, I am a new member and this is my first post. I have a M3 but dont know if it's a single or double stroke. Please can someone tell me the difference between them and how to identify.
Whether it is a single or double stroke depends on whether it requires one or two full strokes of the film advance lever to advance the film to the next frame (and cock the shutter).

The M3 has framelines for 50, 90, and 135mm lens. In order to use a 35mm lens and still focus/view through the range/viewfinder you will need either a Summaron or Summicron lens with eyes..
You need either a 35mm lens with goggles, or else a 35mm viewfinderfinder (which mounts on top of the camera in the accessory bracket) and a 35mm lens designed for use without goggles.
Do not buy a 35mm lens which was designed for use with goggles but for which the goggles are missing. It will not focus correctly without the goggles.
