M39 Voigtlander lenses and M adapters

Hi,
I've got an Epson RD1 with several Voigtlander lenses.

Now I use those M39 lenses on a Elefoto Micro Four Thirds M adapter with my Lumix GH1; some of them rattle because the M39 to M adapter seems to be too thin (I think). I bought these adapters in China, via Ebay.
Did you have this problem anyway?
It'sreally strange because I've got no problem with those adaptors on my Epson; so do you think The Elefoto adapter is not a good system?
Or do you know if more expensive adapters could be resolve this problem? which one?

I have not used your adapters, but my Voigtlander adapters are tight--I use two LTM lenses on my E-P1 and both have Voigtlander adapters.
