Summiluces vs. Summiluxes; cool. Although, in English, it'd be Summiluxes v. Summiluces.

It's funny how when you use the "correct" version, somebody else using their "correct" version will point out how "incorrect" you are.

Like the people who own a Leica 111 vs. a Leica III.

I have "saved" a lot of money by not using any digital cameras. It is true.
On the other hand, I have also saved lots of money by not driving a new Mercedes.
I have saved even more money by not owning an ocean front villa.

Oh, no. After months of agonising I was just about ready to unload c.£3,000 in exchange for the current M8. I don't care much about the other 8.2 upgrades, but I really, really want the option of delayed shutter cocking.

Jaap - just in fairness, I'm not sure if this is a totally accurate representation of what the gentleman in question has publicly stated - unless you have some other information from elsewhere.
 
I did read in L-camera forum how a photographer named Tina used M8 through rain, had put this under water. and M8 still worked. It was very impressive. Of course all camera bodies will not work that way but it seems so that she used the camera quite long time during the bad weather.
