I wonder if anyone else thinks that the tab might be a bit too far to the right?
I say this most respectfully--this is a wonderful innovation and a spectacular and gracious presentation. I also say it as one who does not own an M8 (but who hopes to in the not distant future).
But what I mean is that, with the other M cameras, the wind-on lever at its 'ready' position seems to be something like 5/8 of an inch further leftward (closer to camera centerline). Just as I 'hold' this thing in my imagination, it seems as though its benefit would be greater if it were a bit shorter.
To the original poster, you've got the only one in existence. Can you see any possible benefit to a change such as I'm describing? I'm watching this with eager curiosity, and wish you the very best with it.
