For that image I stretched the histogram in LR5 by using the following setting
Exposure +1.05
Contrast +70
Highlights -100
Shadows 0
Whites -100
Blacks -81
Vibrance +35
Saturation +25

Then for the last step I processed it through the DXO 3 film pack using the Agfa Vista 200 option.

I shoot DNG and convert to B&W in LR5 or LR5+DxO film Pack #3.

I used to shoot B&W jpg, but now I use DNG with LR5 to get B&W images.
