My M8 had to visit Leica NJ twice in two months. The shutter stuck and it came back fixed with a new LCD as a bonus but then it started exhibiting the banding issue at all ISOs when previously it wasn't. Two months without a Leica is agony!
Anyway here's my contribution now that I have my baby back. Hope you like them and apologies to everyone for the flood of images!

Thanks Fred! I've been shooting in DNG/JPG all the time these days. Even still, the colour image is preserved as the 10mp file, so I either use the alread JPG file OR desaturate the colour one into B&W
