Oh great.. here comes all the thread speculating on the features of the M8 and the ever popular "The manual wasn't clear, but how would I do a SD card format if I had the M8" threads... lame.

Wow. Those people on that other forum are right. Digital is disposable. But at least as a Leica, it doesn't belong with the common waste!

Clearly an admission by Leica that this camera isn't forever like the analog models.
