M8 with Schneider Xenon 50/2.8

I took some photos yesterday at Destin Beach, Florida. I used the M8 with a custom adapted Schneider Xenon 50mm 2.8. The results are low contrast, so I added some contrast to each image.

What was this adapted from? I'm loving a 38/2.8 Xenar I had adapted from a Kodak Instamatic.

I bought online the lens adapted into ltm. The front glass was in very poor condition. Brian Sweeney replaced the front glass element with a coated glass element from a Xenon 50/2.0, I think.
