Have finally gotten a warm fuzzty feeling from the M9. I have owned it about a year and been using it exclusively for the last ten weeks on a trip to Europe. I think I prefer film M's just a shade more due to ergonomics and liking film more but the technology is sure convient for travel.
As Tom A says about the M2, put a 35 on the body with perhaps two small extra lens in your pockets and a few extra rolls of film and you are set for the afternoon. I might say an extra battery in the case of the M9. Do not plan on upgrading and will post a few once I get home from Europe in two weeks.
