M9 hotshoe level issues

I don't know if it's squint eyes, but it appears that my hot-shoe is not actually holding a finder parallel.

Has anyone else had issues with this, as on my 25mm and 12mm I find it's never quite 100%.

Never experienced that problem (AFAIK) w/M bodies, but have on occasion w/LTM "Barnack" bodies, probably because I'm more likely to use accessory VFs on those cameras.
