Magnum Photos Policies

I dont know if this is the right place to ask this but i’ve always had very good experiences with finding answers and learning from the rff community so here it goes:
Does anyone here know anything about the policies and perhaps contracts of magnum photos with its members? I’ve been searching for it a lot and couldnt find anything about what restrictions or benefits does it actually have to be a member. Dont get me wrong i get the whole allure of being a magnum photographer, its the paramount of the photography world, but what are the legal guidelines of being a member? What cant the members do? What can they do that they couldnt before?

I can't say how it's run now, but back when it was formed, it was the first organization of its kind where the journalist photographers held the rights to their own images. The photographers paid dues in and a small percentage into the agency which was a collective effort to help the whole group stay afloat.

Again, no idea about now how it's run/held together.
