Mamiya 6 rf adjustment cap

So I pulled out my Mamiya 6 from my bag and the cap that covers the rf adjustment screw is missing! Emptied my bag but it was nowhere to be found.

I guess I'll put a piece of tape over it for now, but (longshot) is there anywhere I can get a replacement?
