Mamiya 7ii Light leak help please

I can't decide if it's the body or the lens. I have had occasional light leaks with my 80mm very rare though. But on my 43mm I get light leaks on the bottoms of my photos, sometimes leaking into other negatives.

Is there just a problem with the 43 glass distorting the light due to stiff focusing ring/facing direct light source?

Or

Is it the body, and light is leaking somehow through the double channel or soft padded light chamber is damaged?

-Please note I had a fixer problem with this negative so ignore the clearly screwed up center. I have the leak on other negatives, but this is the best example.

What I am seeing looks more like film damage of some sort.

Ya, it looks like your film wasn't properly washed or dryed.
