Some great stuff in this thread. I recently picked up my dream camera and have been aching to shoot more. Ohio winters leave little daylight to be had once the work day is through. Here are a few from my first rolls of color and home processed BW. These were shot on Portra, Ektar and TMax 400.
That first image, looks de-saturated... Was that just there, or photoshop? Or some other way? I really like it. ~Stone | Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner

Thanks, Stone. And no desaturation or Photoshop trickery. It was an overcast day and some expired Ektar. That's straight from the scanner.

Thanks for looking.

I foolishly sold my 7ii and missed it so much I've just bought another one. Looking forward to firing it up and being able to contribute to this thread.

Lovely shots from this camera in this thread!

I've recently traded my son James a new D800E for his Mamiya 7 II kit - 65mm and 150mm lenses. I look forward to posting some pictures, hopefully up to the standard set so far, when I've had a chance to get to know it better.

In the meantime, keep 'em coming!

Hey jge1421,

If I did that I wouldn't have anybody to go out photographing with. We're both happy with our respective deals though.

Cheers, Phil (Johnny).

PS agree about the above photo!
