Mamiya 7ii Photos

Stunning, stunning, landscape. 🙂

Taken in Norway with the 7ii + 150 on Fuji Provia 400X:

Really nice series. What lense/film combo was used? The lighting is perfect and contrast is really nice, feels wet without actually being wet.

I recently got a commission to shoot a textiles graduate of my university's final degree show range, and I knew the shoot was going to be relatively low key - just one model, the designer, myself and my assistant with a couple of reflectors but otherwise minimal set up or gear.

The film was Fuji 160C if I remember correctly, but when I scanned the negs in I took a bit of saturation out as I dont like colors to be too punchy.

Not a Mamiya 7 but I recently bought a mint condition Plaubel Makina 67 - this camera is actually amazing:

That Skate Boarder pic is teetering on perfection. Everything about it the kid, the sign and arrow... outstanding!

kinda just like phototonys above (same place-same camera 😉 )

My 1st try on my new to me Mamiya 7II with only an 80 4.0 at the moment. I'm loving the results of the snapshots I did. Maybe a 50 or 65 is in the making. All 4 rolls are keepers nothing mis-focused and exposure is right on.

I like this camera in BW and color. I just have the 80, but I've got my eye out for a 50.

Some early pix from my Mamiya 7II with the 65mm lens. The image quality is awesome and I enjoy the film shooting experience much more than digital. I think it makes you care about your images.

I love film because I made this about 2 years ago and never scanned it until last night. My digi photos from 2 years ago are all gone.

Hey dude, didn't know you existed over here. Love that b&w one, I've never seen it before.

I've only had mine for a few months, and I had to calibrate the rangefinder myself so until recently, I couldn't really use it for close focusing (so not very many portraits). I have the original 7, not the 7ii, I kinda wish mine were black but it's not worth $$$ to me...I'd rather spend it on film.
