It depends on what colored socks you are wearing on the day really..

Well, most professionals in the field would argue that the standard kit of the trade would consist of a 50mm, one of the normals (90 or 110mm) and either the 75mm shift or the tilt-shift head with the 75mm SB. But architecture has been done with just about any lens.
