I couldn't find instructions so after some trial and error managed to do it, so putting what I did up here so other people can reference it.

The vertical alignment is accessed through the hot shoe, take off the protruding screw, lever off the plate, then unscrew the hotshoe. Pointing the lens forwards, looking down into the hole, you see a big screw. DO NOT touch this screw.

Look on the left, you see a nut with some sprockets on it. It is easy to use a small screw driver to engage the sprockets of this nut, using the camera body to form a lever. Tiny movements are required. Rotate the nut clockwise to push the image up, and anti clockwise to push it down.

The horizontal alignment is accessed through the film chamber. Open the back, you will see a screw just above the film gate. Remove this screw. Look into the hole and set the camera at min focus distance, you will see a screw move into view. Rotate this screw to do the horizontal adjustments.
