From where I'm looking (on my PowerBook), something funky is going on with the chairs in the lower part of the photo: (under)exposure, development, or...?
I don't think it's a scanning issue per se, given that the rest of the image seems at least "okay."

Underexposure I expect (wished I had a 400 iso film loaded at that time)

Still, it is a great shot. Do some PS on it, see if you can get it where you want. Get a high powered scan in TIFF, and go from there. I don't do much color but a little exposure control, and try some color correction, to your taste.
