Man With a Camera

"Person with a camera"? Or "carbon-based life form with a camera", if we don't want to be species-ist. ;)
If it's a lady, we should call it a lady.
Damn - in Germany there are now 72 (seventy-two) legally recognized genders. Are we really going to create 72 different titles?
(I don't want to comment on that, I don't live in Germany.)
At least I will stay as a species-ist.

"carbon-based life form" - I almost envy you for this idea ;-)
Maybe add "hormone controlled, electrochemically functioning"
I want to leave the train - where is the emergency break?

It appears there is at least one company producing flashbulbs.🤷🏼‍♂️

Sylvania, "Blue Dot for sure shot!" Remember why we switched to strobe? Oh the joy of having that second bulb in our mouths, socket protruding. Yeah, lets get back to that. Gender debates? Really? Come on, there's a lot more of interest than that. Like watching paint dry.

But remember, if you want to use them, you will also need the right flash bulbs. These are much rarer and usually much more expensive than the flash itself.
Godox makes a couple of electronic flashes with folding dishes if you want to go retro without burning your fingers on flash bulbs.

Godox Lux Senior which is manual or thyristor and the Godox Master Retro which looks like it is either manual or TTL for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic and Fujis. Haven't used either but have used other Godox flashes and they work well.

The Lux Senior might be fun since it also has a pc sync connection so it could be used on a bunch of cameras.

Thanx for the tip.
Although I have a few flashes and although I always shoot without flash, you never know. They would definitely fit well with my old Nikons.
