In a moment of weakness, I just bought a 135mm Elmarit-M f/2.8 (the one with the rangefinder magnification goggles) to add to my Mandler family. It should arrive in a couple of days.

If you have used this lens, I would love to see some photos taken with it. THANKS!

The 135 Elmarit was an interesting lens but I hardly used it and finally sold it because of it's weight. I was afraid about the lens mount and also the strap lugs ...

The 135 2.8 is a wonderful lens. True, it's heavy and has a long focus throw, but the results are great. Unfortunately, I don't have a flicker or other posting account and I understand that's the only way I can post on this site. If there is a way to post directly to Rangefinder Forum, I would appreciate knowing how. Thanks,

upload your pic in the gallery (gallery-> photos-> upload photos-> follow instructions). As soon as it is visible there, copy it (ctrl c) and insert it in thread (ctrl v)
