36 years at Arsenal factory and many of their cameras tend to be Russian/Ukraine.

Website says he operates out of his home in upper New York state. I'll email him and if the price is right send him one of my lenses and see how it turns out. I've noticed several web sites that say if you speak xyz you can call them but if you only speak English it is better to mail them and don't use vernacular.

I sent him a Pentacon Six TL recently for TLA and repair, and he did a great job on it. I recommend him highly for E Eur and FSU cameras.

I sent Stanislav my Kiev IIa for a CLA and received it back in 1 day less that 2 weeks. He made it feel like a new camera with a much brighter rangefinder. He will be getting my two other Kiev's as soon as I stop buying other cameras and have some money left. Highly recommended.
