is there any "cheap" and small medium format camera with tilt and shift back....to correct verticals for architecture and landscapes...something like large format but smaller?

Several optuions exist, but I'll leave it to you to decide what is "cheap". Cambo makes (made?) a MF view camera. A roll film back on any 4x5 viewcamera would do the same also.

IF you are a hasselblad owner, I have the "Flexbody". less the ground glass adapter, I could part with it at € 999,- send me a private message about my details... I am in Finland so no hassle with customs etc. (Hassel hassle.. no pun intended..)

The Horseman VH is an excellent 6x9 or 6x7 format camera which fits the OP's criteria. It's only real disadvantage is the absence of any focussing method other than the ground glass rear screen, so it's only useable on a tripod--although I think the 985 model mentioned above includes a rangefinder.

There's a nice looking example complete with lens on e-bay for a BIN price of £539; well below 1,000 euros--see item number 181052891422 (I've no connection with the seller).

definitely the horseman, IMO.

you have both rollfilm back and the ability to put a 4x5 back on it should you need too. it's got field camera movements, should be enough for architecture.

you're going to be carting around a tripod though. my Sinar F folds up small enough to realistically go in a backpack with a few lenses, holders, loupe, etc.

Cheap is relative. Need a price point. But in general most flexible us 4x5 w/ roll film back.

The old Mamiya 6x7 had some light capability as well, the were two models, cannot remember which one had the capability.

Then there are the 2x3 baby versions of 4x5 folders.

Everyone wants champagne on a beer budget. Your best hope is to find one at an estate sale, a boot sale or a yard sale.

Anyone who knows cameras isn't going to part with a Horseman at that price.
