I totally agree with you about the Pentax 67 series, having an old non-MLU 6x7 since the 70's and a pair of 67II as well, plus a bunch of lenses. The lenses are mostly excellent, and when adapted onto the Leica S2 they do not embarrass themselves against the great Leica-S glass (except maybe wide open)!
A personal quirk: I do not favor square format or waist-level viewing... I don't really understand why those who do, do! And 6x7 is surprisingly more efficient at the printing stage, while 6x4.5 is more efficient at the shooting stage.
