I like this one, seems to be an impressive lens and very nice model indeed.
Best

Thanks.

Bought into a another new film camera system so that I could use the Zeiss 180/2.8 Sonnar on MF film. I am glad that I did, even though the Pentacon Six and Exakta 66 camera system is a little quirky, I love the sharp and out of focus rendering the f/2.8 Sonnar. The other lens I found wonderful on this camera system is the Schneider 80/2.8 Xenotar. Unfortunately, since acquiring this camera system my Bronica SQ-Ai spends time on shelf...

I do miss my 180mm F2.8 Sonnar. It does have a unique "look".

I have been thinking about adapting one, to fit my three Plaubel Makiflexes. I gave up on the Exakta 66 and Pentacon bodies, while they were all still working.

Nice shot. I have mine adapted to fit my Pentax 645 but it has been awhile since I have pulled it out of the bag. I may have to give it a workout next weekend with some Kodak Portra.

Jay,

Nice rendering of the famed Zeiss Olympia 180mm Sonnar. I also bought in the Pentacon Six / Exakta 66 system, after using it on my Mamiya 645 with an adapter. I love the extra image with 6X6.
What lenses do you have for your Pentacon Six / Exakta 66? The Flektogon 50mm is a nice lens, the 55mm Arsat PCS is a SHARP lens to have, the 60mm Curtagon & 150mm Xenotar, plus the 120mm Biometar and 180mm Sonnar are what I use on my Exakta 66 MK3 body. The weight though is a killer if you have to hike with it...
