to make 1 cake... they need whole day process
- from manually grind and pound the rice to make the rice flour
- manually make the raw dough
- cook and stiir the dough for 1-2 hours
- steam the cake in very big traditiional steamer
- then each cake (500 or 1000 grams) wrapped in fresh leaves
All are prepared by +/- 100 men and women workers.. (who is the 2nd-3rd generation workers)
Fired by traditional wood (gas make the cake taste differently)
After whole process.. they price 1kg of chinese cake.. 1.5 usd only ... fresh from the factory
