Here's one from my Zenobia 6x4.5 -- surveillance planes at the Aviation Museum, Warner Robins, GA.
Was hit by the unexpected, in loading up a roll of 120: plastic spools DO NOT FIT. Fortunately, a metal take-up spool was in place, and I did have another metal spool on hand. I respooled the film as one would prepare 620 spools.
I had never heard of this before, and can not turn up anything with Google. But, it would stand to reason that other cameras produced when spools were metal, might have the same issue. Maybe POST 'em if you KNOW 'em.
Edit to add: There's about 0.4mm difference in length, between plastic and metal 120 film spools, at the EDGE. They are the same length at the hub.
