Mercury II Test: Post Repairs

Okay, so I'll quit piggybacking on Pinks thread, and start my own.
After making repairs, and restoring the looks of the Merc II, I loaded it up with some Kodak Gold 200, and headed out to capture some springtime images.

The normal frame for this camera is portrait. Corrected and cropped.

This was growing right next to a utility pole, thus the title. Focus was set for 1.5ft. Exposure f16 @ 1/200.

Not just for the gunners, but for me too. I had this centered up in the viewfinder, so there is quite a bit of parallax, even at 15-20 feet.

ithink these are good results with this camera. ive had a fully functioning one for about six months and still havent run any film through it! it is a cool looking instrument though, no? continued good luck with it!
