Working yesterday and now nothing today. No arrows at all! Have changed the batteries for all the ones I have in my bag and nowt. Have rotated and pressed the ISO selector and given the shutter speed selector a good work out and still nowt.
Any ideas before I drop it into Red Dot cameras for a CLA and repair?
All this on the day I was going to go to red dot for another, better reason!

Try it with new batteries - by that I mean new out of a shop somewhere, and with expiry dates several years in the future. If the ones in the camera bag are the same age as the ones in the camera they could be stuffed anyway. Also remember that the meter is off unless the camera is cocked and not on B . . .

Thanks. The only thing I did out of the ordinary was that I left it cocked yesterday. My wife turned up earlier than expected for us to meet and I didn't have time to find that last shot!

The good news is all is fine. I would seem to have a dodgy set of batteries. I have dispatched the M6 off to the spa anyway as at the very least the mucky rangefinder patch needs cleaning. It will have competition when it gets home though from a digital upstart M9!
